- 15 min. Theory and safety
- 30 min. Training in the water
- 75 min.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PARTICIPANT
SUP is really suitable for all people who love water and can swim. Age or body weight does not matter. Anyone who can hold a paddle can learn this sport in no time. Train strength, balance and endurance. SUP trains balance, strength and endurance like no other sport, making it an ideal workout: on Lake Garda your SUP training will be an unforgettable experience thanks to the spectacular scenery and sunsets.
